The Gladwin Soil Conservation District creates a community vegetable garden for residents to use. The City of Gladwin has a Farmers Market that is open on Saturdays 9 AM – 12 PM. The City of Beaverton has a Farmers Market that is open on Wednesday evenings 6 PM – 8 PM. Fresh, locally grown vegetables and other items, including: crafts; hand crafted furniture; and home accessories are available.
